This is the comprehensive guide that outlines how to apply the methodological approach and validation process.

Get familiar with the cards
Pick one and try to not only know its content, but also live it for a while. For example, if you pick the card “Trust,” spend some time sensing what it means to trust. Do this with some of the cards to understand the spirit of the whole set. You don’t have to do this with all the cards.
