Train the Trainer Curriculum
The three-day Train the Trainer curriculum empowers adult education professionals to guide transformation using the innovative Game of Change method. It integrates key principles from Theory U and Strategic Staging, aligning its competencies with the European LifeComp framework.
Game of Change Cardset Description
The Game of Change Card Set presents Principle, Action, and Role cards, designed to promote deep reflection and personal/group transformation. Authored by AnneMarie Ohnoutka and Briant Rokyta, this resource offers prompts and perspectives on concepts like Abundance, Curiosity, Empathy, and Systemic Change. Use these cards to explore new ways of thinking and taking action in processes of change.
Game of Change Cardset + Card Box (Printing)
Here are the basic instructions for printing the cards. While you can print the cards on a home or office printer, we strongly recommend using a professional printing service for the best quality. Please provide your chosen printer with the following specifications:
- 14 decks of 78 cards each
- A6 format
- Double-sided printing
- 300gsm paper with a matte finish (such as Freelife Symbol Matt or equivalent alternatives suitable for playing cards)
Box Specifications:
- 14 boxes with snap-lock closure
- 300gsm coated paper
- Please request delivery die-cut and flattened
Booklet “Conceptual Attunement”
Conceptual Attunement: Game of Change manual provides a formal introduction to the three pillars of the methodology: Theory U, the experiential Card Set, and Strategic Stagings. It serves as a guide for facilitators in applying these tools to cultivate core personal, social, and learning competencies (LifeComp).
Booklet “Step-by-Step Implementation Guide”
This trainer’s guide for the Game of Change provides facilitators with the information and tools to plan, execute, and reflect on the game’s phases, deliberately utilizing a playful structure to cultivate curiosity and co-creation over competition.
Logbook
Logbook for the Game of Change project, intended to support trainers in planning their sessions and serving as a basis for project evaluation. It contains templates for planning, an overview of performed games, a collection of questions for coaching and peer learning, and a summary of “Essentials”.
Validation Report
The Validation Report documents and synthesizes all evaluation findings, including feedback from trainees, trainers and Logbooks collected during the project’s piloting phase. Its purpose is to ensure the utility of the Game of Change approach in difficult change processes and to provide the evidence base for the final versions of all materials.
