Hermits know when it is time to retire. They find a place and enough time to look inward. Some hermits choose a particular method (meditation) or environment (nature, monastery) to help them do this. The hermit discovers everything essential in himself. 

All you need is a simple place, without disturbances or distractions, where you can focus on yourself and what life has to offer at the moment. You don’t need any special skills other than willingness and sincere, open curiosity. 

If you drew this card, it could mean that it is time for you to become a hermit. Retreat doesn’t always have to be total. Sometimes it is enough not to get lost in the entanglements of the outside world and to remain true to yourself, even if you are busy with a social matter.
