35. EMBODIMENT / MOVEMENT

When you gain a certain insight about yourself or the world, it is a mental phenomenon. Because the mind has to process an enormous amount of information every day, the insight is soon forgotten.

The situation is different when the body stores the insight as a lived experience. This storage also requires some practice and becomes a lived reality over time.

Movement supports the embodiment of aspects that are considered essential. Movement comes from stillness and flows into stillness. In between is an arc of direct experience.
