Ambassadors

The “Ambassadors” section serves a crucial purpose in achieving the project’s core objective of empowering trainers to become advocates for innovative change management methodologies within adult education.

These Ambassadors are qualified trainers who have participated in the Game of Change training programme and are committed to disseminating its principles and practices.

The Ambassadors act as multipliers, utilising provided resources like audio and video files to engage their peers and institutions in adopting this blended approach of mindfulness, change management, and creative action research.

The Train-the-Trainer week in Graz (26-29 November) has been the first time the Game of Change approach was shared among the first round of Ambassadors, who were mainly adult trainers from different countries attending this important moment for the Game of Change project!

The project aims to engage Ambassadors during and after the project lifetime to expand the GoC community and to create a ripple effect of positive change within the wider local ecosystems. We believe the network of Ambassadors can play a crucial role, ensuring the long-term sustainability and impact of the Game of Change initiative.
